Running Plans Include:A consulting session to establish goals, pace, and current fitness level.
A running journal with: run tracking records, resource information for runners, race information and guidance, training tips, and individualized recommendations.
Unlimited communication and support from your trainer (email/text, calls by appointment)

I had never run an official race before in my life. And when I saw people posting about how they were about to run the Crescent City Classic, a famous 10K race here in New Orleans, I got the itch to do it. I was weary of participating in it since the farthest I had been running was two miles and the race was four weeks away. When asking Julie if I could do it, not only was she absolutely positive I could, but she laid out an entire running program for me for the next four weeks. My goal was to just get through the whole race without having to stop running, but through Julie’s incredible encouragement and coaching, not only did I finish the race without having to stop, but finished the race with a great time! There’s no question that had I NOT had Julie’s expertise and coaching, my first race would’ve been a disaster.

I ran my first half-marathon after 8 weeks of training with plans from All Inclusive Health. The plans went great!! I want to thank you because your running plan helped me so much and hugely decreased my mile time.
